Here we have a basement apartment job that we took over from another “new” contractor in Brampton Ontario. Needless to say, unfortunately most of the work they did ended up in the garbage bin. Looks like they got their lumber in the free pile

Had to move the sump pump as they installed it in the doorway !
we reframed, ran proper electrical , hung 5/8 drywall with Roxul between units to provide legal fire separation.
