On this amazing open concept renovation project, we had the opportunity to work with an awesome couple doing their own renovation work ahead of their wedding! Our job was to support the structure and remove the interior walls to create an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. We set up temporary walls to carry the load, installed a 4-ply LVL, and opened it up! We also took the opportunity to repair a sagging roof and a few broken roof rafters while we were in the attic.
